BELL’s Heavy Highway/Civil Division completed roadway infrastructure in the City of Lebanon and also performing the sitework and utilities for future development, including a new Sam’s Club. Infrastructure improvements will support the future retail development bringing an increase in sales tax and revenue to the area. The City of Lebanon has referred to this infrastructure improvement as a strategic move in order to attract and establish a retail hub in the area.

• 2,624 LF of storm drainage
• 3,702 LF of water line
• 954 LF of sanitary lines
• 2 triple barrel box culvert bridges
• Offsite South Hartmann intersection improvements
